My take is that if some cities place cameras inappropriately they should instead place them approptriately.

Yep. CRT really is being taught to teachers and administrators (and occasionally to parents). When anti-CRT people say it's "in schools", they're technically right. Their implication that it's being taught to kids is false! But if we say "it's not in schools" we look like liars.
