"Even w/Delta wave fading and the most vulnerable people vaccinated, twice as many people died of Covid last week as died on 9/11."
Biden/Dems have many problems, but the biggest is discontent over the persistent pandemic and associated economic problems

An America First policy everyone can support.

Biden could turn things around by issuing an executive order requiring websites to list the United States first in their dropdown menu instead of way at the bottom due to alphabetical order.

Market rate housing is housing.
If you support making it illegal to build market rate housing then you (like this clown) are anti-housing; if you are on the other side you are pro-housing.
Market housing also generates tax revenue that can be used to fund subsidized housing. https://t.co/zE0XaLy6Ia

The ongoing use of “pro-housing” to refer to advocates for market rate housing but not advocates for affordable housing is pure propaganda. I expect it from the real estate industry, but media should hold itself to a higher standard.

Like if your view was that it should be make a sweater unless the sweater is sold at a below-market price to someone who meets a means-test and agrees not to re-sell it, then that is an anti-sweater view that will generate sweater scarcity.

Mass for Shut-ins (Podcast)@edburmila
The right strategy was to recognize 2020 as an anti-Trump referendum and use January '21 to Nov. '22 as the last chance to address the structural disadvantages Democrats face before the GOP returns to power. They decided they didn't need to do that, and they were wrong as usual.
