Its really fascinating how many nonprofits with all their consultants and legal sleuths dont seem to know existing tenant protections prohibiting demolishing renter housing was passed like 2 years ago and just extended till 2030. Maybe pick up a different profession.

Because immigration is good, in ONE BILLION AMERICANS one of my proposals is to experiment with open entry to the US for Canadians or other countries that folks might find unobjectionable like Trump's beloved Norwegians.
