The funny thing about the debates around vaccine dosing (who should get boosters, when should they get them) is that the original dosage regimens weren't based on any science whatsoever. They were practical calculations due to time constraints and the CDC/FDA being dumb.
Folks, the legislative branch is exempt from *all* executive branch rulemaking, which sounds weird when you discuss any individual rule but part of maintaining the constitutional separation of powers.
