Is there any way that a ruthless but pragmatic Chinese leader doesn't conclude that – given America's thriving anti-govt, anti-science & misinformation ecosystem – another pandemic, perhaps w/ an even nastier virus, is highly likely to hurt the U.S. far more than it hurts China?

My nephew, active duty Air Force, just got word they have to be FULLY vaccinated by November 2nd and there will be NO EXEMPTIONS!
Any suggestions on what he can do besides getting dishonorably discharged, which will affect him the rest of his life??
