Okay here’s some BS I just made up:
Dairy farming involves day-in, day-out labor that inculcates a culture of hard work whereas olive cultivation is a lot of sit-around-and-wait punctuated by brief bursts of intense activity.
Therefore Butter People are better at Capitalism.

That’s dumb but I read a book once arguing Asian kids do well in school because of rice cultivation, and it’s not worse than that theory.
