Okay here’s some BS I just made up: Dairy farming involves day-in, day-out labor that inculcates a culture of hard work whereas olive cultivation is a lot of sit-around-and-wait punctuated by brief bursts of intense activity. Therefore Butter People are better at Capitalism.
